This was great for me. I used to dance ballet about 6-7 years ago so I am quite rusty. Plus, this is my first time doing hip hop. This is great if you already have some technique down. Before watching, I suggest you take beginner dance tips, like how to loosen your body and what movements you should do. Then this video will be a breeze. Great job everyone and good luck on your dance journey!

also anybody else a good and natural freestyle dance but when it comes to choreo ur completly stiff? i never took a dance class but am dancing to everything and bodyroll is one of my go-to moves but suddently in a choreo i can't do it, why lol
