I’m definitely pre ordering her book. I’m interested in how her relationship with Bonnie and Ellie has changed given her stance. I know they were close, especially Bonnie and Sheri during Ruby’s arrest and trial. Emily and I think Julie as well commented their support on Sheri’s post about her book. Ruby’s disgusting behavior and the ramifications from it has blown up their entire family dynamic that’s for sure. Very sad.

I have Shari's book, and began reading it today. First, I want to say that I have enormous admiration for her. Not only because she has been courageous enough to write this story, but because her grasp of English expression is far above today's norm. Her writing is simply beautiful. Of course the book was edited, but no amount of editing could hide the basic facility and beauty of her work. As far as the story of her family is concerned, it is amazing that she has been able to conquer her trauma sufficiently to write with clarity and conviction a book as astonishing and moving as this one is. I hope that the world will hear and listen and learn about child exploitation, its methods and its results.
