They need to fix the menus as well. I have to click like 4 times to get into editing a gun. Even the main/lobby menus are horrifically convoluted compared to the OG WZ.

Honestly I like the backpack. You can carry more than 1 thing rather than sacrificing 1 thing over the other

One thing thats nice about the backpack is being able to hold more plates so hopefully we can hold more than 8 when the integration happens

Ahhh Wz1 gameplay 🥰 when the vehicles were great to use and guns had better optics, no visual shake and noise. Take me back!!

I hope they go back to the nice clean UI style of WZ1 as well where pings, nameplates and map icons could actually be seen.(especially without having to zoom the map in 1/3 before even appearing)
Or better yet, gives us more customization over how we want our UX to be

I did like the backpacks, but the game was nice without them too. Take us back to holding 8 plates max instead of 20. It makes fights take more thought and strategy when plates aren't nearly unlimited. And I think the smoke meta might sort of naturally go away when you can only carry two. I'd also like to see perks no longer drop on death. Currently dying means so little, you just come back via one of 100 ways and get all your stuff and be back to full power. In WZ1 at minimum you lost perks, so death had a consequence.

The buy stations needs to go back like Wz1, It's so over crowded atm with items, your own weapons and perks systems. They should just keep the items when B ops drops

The colors and how the game ran. Sooo smooth brings back good memories. OG verdansk will always be my second home

This game just worked. Dunno why they changed so much stuff regarding gameplay and interface and hud over the recent editions of wz!!

Anything that reverts back to Wz1 is an absolute W imo. Wz1’s servers, engine, mechanics, graphics, movement, gunplay, no visual gun smoke/recoil, TTK, gun velocity/damage ranges, higher player count on map, vehicles, floating loot etc was all better. EVERYTHING was downgraded severely in Wz2. I mean EVEN the loot boxes then looked better than what we have now. InfinityWards actions in Wz2 really destroyed the identity of Warzone. Bring back the fun and simplicity, it’s what made this game popular and loved by everyone. We’re now just stuck with devs drip feeding changes literally back into how Wz1 was.
