@Pat Fallon. I'd ask my lawyer to see if, in the time I worked there, did any other employee get the flu and throw up in someplace other than a toilet. Were they fired or allowed to recuperate at home?
It says in the comments this was a one-time thing. Shouldn't he be allowed to start wearing some special absorbent underwear after learning there was a need for them at least temporarily?!

@Not the Mama. If anyone who didn't have the medical issue that Al had urinated in a place other than a toilet or urinal, then the company would deserve to be angry and in firing mode.
I think Al can win his suit. He was working a few days after this happened and never did it again, no doubt because he had addressed the issue.

First off if you or me peed in public we would be facing felony charges there's a witness to him urinating in public he's admitted urinating in public he is guilty of a felony sex offense 🤷 does it matter how long he worked for them they let him go because they didn't want the drama of a lawsuit his lawsuit will be shut down 🤷
