Nowadays there are many products sold labelling as pure honey but they actually are not. So we cannot just believe what is it written on labels. Something beyond what the labels tell us. 1st Test) when the natural honey is added to water it will not get mixed
3rd Test) If you put natural honey on a paper it will not stick to it nor leave any mark on it. Paper will not observe any natural honey..

2nd Test) I guess he might be expalining about the thickness of natural honey and duplicate honey.

Test 1:
When we keep honey in the water if it dissolve it is not pure. If it is not dissolve it is pure.
Test 2:
When we put honey on our finger if it is dropped it is not pure honey. If it is not dropped it is pure honey.
Test 3:
When we keep honey on paper if it is coming out through paper it is not pure. If it is not coming it is pure honey.

Sometimes we need to understand things through our eyes not just by hearing.
he's making comparison or tests to pure honey and to those diluted ones.
1) pure honey don't mix or don't give brownish color to the water.
2] pure honey don't stick on to the thumb, there's this waxy texture[dint leave traces on his nail)
3] pure honey didn't wet the paper where it was poured, it just flow when the paper was twisted compared to those are in the bottle.
That is how to make a test if you want to get the pure one.

haha. i'm laughing with the comments here. but in my case, i did distinguished the difference. though it is somehow hard for the first 2 steps, but i amazingly understood. 😅 i learned that real honey don't mixed with water, does not drop easily, and it does not wet any paper. 😁

The proper way of checking putting in freezer and the pure and real honey will not get frozen . Plus if it get frozen and show white suger colour at the bottom than it’s not real
