Great video, Marty. As a beginner I still struggle with a smooth transition between G major & C major. Tried to substitute the C add9 for this song but didn't sound right to my ears. Thanks again for giving back to the newbie guitar community

Not true. Not George Thorogood's song if I remember correctly. It was an original 50's tune. Wish I could find who did it.

You might of forgot the pause when they say get a haircut and get a real job and then the guitar comes back in and then when the parents are there too they stop the guitar for a bit but the drums are still on and then after that line The guitar comes back in but the guitar is still in when he says I met this chick she took me home to her mummy and dad and then when they say it then the guitar stops and then comes back in after I get a haircut and get a real job you should listen to the original and then try and practice the original but it’s okay your cover it doesn’t matter actually it doesn’t matter since you know how to play it so it’s really good but I think it needs a little tweak up just saying just just saying.
