Hi truck it prayle I’m currently waiting for the forms for my provisional class c. Don’t need a medical as I am a bus driver. How often would you say you are out the house for 15hrs for example. It’s the only thing that is putting me and my fiancé off. And also can you choose which shifts you work? I know as a new driver I’ll have to put up with some of the rubbish work that no one wants. 👍🏻

Motorists one most important thing of all to remember before begining to be a HGV driver, be ready to give up you full life of free time or people that are dependent on you like family will have to come first as you never put a job before family regardless. If you got a family that are fully dependent on you, please, please, please consider you current situation and possible options when discussing it with family first because as a HGV driver myself then after discussing it with my wife of 12 years l wouldn't had done this job if it weren't for my personal family changed circumstances motorists.
