I'm Sorry by egg reverie for the scene matches perfectly because it has the action feeling and the intensity is very fitting for all of this

Instead of it being satisfying, it’s concerning how Crisis City went perfectly with this scene.

My takes on each:
Crisis City gives the strongest opening (but, lets be real, those opening chords are pretty tough to beat), but it kind of changes the tone to something a bit more dour. I do kind of feel it though, since it is the climax.
Green Forest is pretty similar - very strong opening to the setpiece but it doesn't match properly. In this case, it's a bit too upbeat.
Egg Reverie hits the tone nicely, and is a great melody as well. The 16-bit soundfont doesn't really work as well as real instruments, but if they wanted to do a 'Game Music Cut', that could be handled with a cover.
Mad Convoy Race... Well, it's chase music already so that helps. But I'm not a fan - can't quite put my finger on it. Perhaps the fact it doesn't have as memorable a melody as the others.
Bomber Barbara, the DS soundfont isn't doing it any favours matching the 'live action'.
Open Your Heart - Let's be real, there's a statistically non-zero chance I would have screamed in the Cinema had Crush 40 started playing for this moment. But... an original song might work better here. 'Open Your Heart' is a fight theme through and through. Now, during the last fight sequence? THERE'S a Crush 40 moment.
Wave Ocean - too upbeat. Would have rocked in the film, just not THIS part of the film.

So for me, Crisis City and or a remixed Egg Reverie would be best. Or a Crush 40 Original, because Crush 40.

Speed Highway was perfect. The intro worked perfectly with the scene, the B section lined up great with Jim Carrey's joke and when we got back to the verse as Sonic slid and the bus blew up was gold! Bomber Barbara, Crisis City, and Egg Reverie were really good too!

The music perfectly fits the scene. Especially the crisis city theme. Thats my favorite.
