Works on Bedrock as of 7/12/2024 (2:00am CST)... I made my spawning platform one block wider to make killing area 2 wide, with 2 hoppers underneath (the rest of my base in that area is centered on 2 blocks)

It worked amazingly, it got 1 stack in 3-5 minuites... A reason why golems aren't spawning is because of cats. So tame 5 cats abd put them on the borders so no cats spawn and the farm works its best.. It works its best in the day

Took alot of time to get 30 villagers but wasn't so hard since I have a villager breeder and skeleton spawner farm to get bones. The amount of iron I get is good as well, the only problem I think that is slowing down the rates is villagers linking and unlinking to beds. I also tamed 4 cats so no more cats are spawning, but other than the bed issue, this farm is working greatly

I found one of the solutions of irons golems aren’t spawning. Make sure to relink the villagers by removing the beds and fletching tables from the farm. Then place the beds first and finally the fletching tables.
NOTE: do not do this at night, for some reason the farm will not work if you try this at night

I did tame cats.
Getting about 320 per hour.
Built on edge of river so I can fish if I want...
Planted Cane and crops around it for real productivity.

If you put the hopper one block lower then place a campfire on top of it the cats will fall in and die to the campfire and they will drop string

This farm got me around 300 iron an hour. a stack and 27 every 15 minutes. I also noticed in the farm cats and iron golems dont spawn as much at night

Moving the villager is the most annoying thing if u in survival

for those having bed unlinking issue, make sure to have one villager placed where he can see bed all the time,

So, I've tried an Iron farm similar to this one and I've found that putting the villagers job blocks at their eye level does not work. There may have been a time when this still did work but as far as I can tell threw my own testing. Currently you have too put the job block at villager leg level. hope this helps anyone having trouble with this one.
