Changing it under input worked for me. I was on the phone with Netflix for almost an hour and she had no idea as to why I couldn't view certain movies, so thanks for your video:)

I had the same issue with my NVIDIA Shield. To fix the issue I just had to update to the newest Shield Experience v8.0.1. Once I did this update, Netflix worked fine

Disconnecting my at&t cable box for about 60 seconds worked for me

After years of signing up i juat face this problem. And nothing i do fixed it. I try unplugging everything and was just able to play an episode and then i face the same problem again
