Regarding ppa it doesn't seem like it sticks especially if it's fill in the blanks from smart ip . If a company is interested wouldn't they look at the ppa that was filed? And if it wasn't really detailed by a professional and just someone who tried it for the first time and got a # . Not as easy as it's portrayed lots of time invested with possible snags when you finally get to the contract.
