Dad have 2 stage : roam around and sleeping.
When he roam, stay in bedroom, u can hear his footstep.
After roam he come back to sleep.
Right after he sleep this is a safe stage, during this u can go eat n refill
But be fast, u can run, it safe.
Just make sure stay IN ur room when he at his roam stage, if u or anyone out side he will go check the bedroom

fact: you can actually win without grabbing that extra gas tank, ive won with only 2 before. just wait until its like at 5 or completely dead, then do it

My tips for beginners is: sprint instead of walking or crouching since it doesn't matter, prepare noodles after eating with dad and have an extra on you, keep all lights off and don't use the cctv or else the generator will run out before 5am, only eat after dad checks.

The dad getting up isn't really from a RNG, I'm pretty sure it's based off of a timer and making noise speeds it up.
