Without a doubt, you have become my favorite fitness YouTuber. I’ve now started running more and stick to only compound lifts.

Another great video, Andrew. Thanks for sharing and what a beautiful backdrop the Lake District provides. Also, good to see you both training. 👍🏻💪🏼🏃🏽‍♂️

You have insane physical resilience, climbing scarfell pike, doing a 11k trail run then benching 100kg in 3 consecutive days is crazy

Dear doctor, can lifting weights cause an aortic aneurysm because of the increased pressures in the chest?

Was the long sleeve you ran in MonsRoyale? I use them to bike but have always worried about nipple chafe on the run. How do you find them? (Could have been Montaine in which case ignore e)

Hi Andrew nice running! As runner at this point I’m frustrated and feel like I have went backwards as far as pace and speed . Last year 2023 I was making crazy gains distance and pace wise I was at my fastest ram 1 44 13 miler training last January and was benching pressing and squaring heavy and it seemed like it was helping my running a lot. Fast forward summer 2024 and it feels like my fitness went downhill I even stopped lifting squats and bench press thinking it would help my running, I tried go less running more fast days it seem hurt my aerobic fitness. Back in 2023 I was running most my runs easy with 1 tempo day and it seem help my speed most. I did half marathon last month it ended up being my worst performance long time 1 55 and my easy pace got slower also. Do you think I need go back running 4-5 days week mostly east with 1 fast tempo and get back lifting heavy bench squats? It’s frustrating because I almost pr in my 13 miler last January. But it gets really hot and humid here myrtle beach summer also and even November now still been 80s should I go back only 1 speed and rest runs east? Feels like me stopping lifting didint help my speed at all. Sorry know this long post just wanna improve my half because I just don’t think I’m built for full unless I run full marathon in zone 2 slow
