This is one of those games that you can purchase and say it was worth it. It's exactly what you'd expect if you were already a Ratchet and Clank fan.

Jeremy, I want you to know that throughout my teen years, when I was an awkward kid in high school who suffered from depression and crippling anxiety, you were always there to make things better with your videos. You were like a friend to me, one who liked all the same stuff and generally viewed films the same way I did and idk man that really got me through some rough times. Now I’m 26 and in film school and I gotta think to myself, would I even be on this path right now if I hadn’t immersed myself in your videos and learned to take pride in my interests? Who knows but I’m forever grateful man and I can’t wait to see where your career takes you in the future.

Also, I can’t believe that Insomniac hasn’t remastered Tools of Destruction to Into the Nexus and port them to PS4/PS5. That would be awesome.

If you’re going to play more Ratchet and Clank games after this I’d say definitely check out the original trilogy (if you can manage to get your hands on them) and then play Tools of Destruction and A Crack in Time, which in my opinion is the best R&C game ever.

I’m so happy everyone is enjoying this game. I just recently played the 2016 game after years of not playing a Ratchet and Clank title and it was so incredibly fun! I’m so glad this new game is gonna be just as good if not better.

The original trilogy are all really good. They've aged pretty well although the controls in the first one are fairly dated. The second game is my personal favorite. A Crack in Time is also really good. I didn't love the PS4 game but a lot of people like it mainly for the gameplay. The other games are a bit of a mixed bag.

They explained Ratchet & Rivet having the same weapons through Ms. Zurkon having them share an account through her gun store.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is definitely a 10/10 game. Finished it last weekend, and I'm currently playing it again for the platinum trophy

I feel sorry for any Ratchet and Clank fan who wasn't there at the beginning and not introduced to the franchise through the original PS2 game, that was a gem of the early 2000s.

I want to play this game so BAD. It looks absolutely STUNNING. And I have to say if you're looking for a GOOD, like REALLY GOOD emotional Ratchet and Clank game, it's a Crack in Time. The questions it asks about what's morally right and wrong is just so hard hitting, you really feel for Ratchet in that game. And you actually see how close Ratchet and Clank are in this game-they respect each other. And there are GENUINE moments of shock that made me go "wtf did that just happen?" when I first played it. And for the game being as old as it is, it still looks REALLY good. The expressions and detail are great. It's easily my favorite Ratchet and Clank game.

Up Your Arsenal and Crack in Time are my favorites! I'd definitely recommend playing the original too
