How to share Printer on Network | Printer Share Kaise Kare | Printer Sharing | How to Share Printer

Hi guys, in this video i am going to show you how you can share your printer over internet in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11

Step 1 :- Go to Start Menu the click on Control Panel, then Goto Hardware & Sound, Select Devices & Printers
OR
Press Win + R (Run) and type control printers
Step 2 :- Select the printer you want to share and right click and select Printer Properties.
Step 3 :- Go to sharing tab and Select (Check mark) Share This Printer (DON'T CHANGE THE NAME OF PRINTER) (Reason its easier to find on network where their are multiples printer.)
Also Select (Check Mark) Render printer job on client computer (What its does - When we print anything, its goes under printer spool which renders it where memory is used. This option which enable us to render the job on client computer (Who gives print command on network) and only send the spool service to pc to printer (In short all render load/memory usage will be on client pc).
Step 4 :- Go to Advance Networking Sharing

Step 5:- Select (Check mark) File Sharing & Printer

चरण 1 :- स्टार्ट मेन्यू में जाकर कंट्रोल पैनल पर क्लिक करें, फिर गोटो हार्डवेयर एंड साउंड, सेलेक्ट डिवाइसेज एंड प्रिंटर्स पर क्लिक करें

विन + आर (रन) दबाएं और कंट्रोल प्रिंटर टाइप करें
चरण 2 :- उस प्रिंटर का चयन करें जिसे आप साझा करना चाहते हैं और राइट क्लिक करें और प्रिंटर गुण चुनें।
चरण 3 :- शेयरिंग टैब पर जाएं और चुनें (चेक मार्क) इस प्रिंटर को साझा करें (प्रिंटर का नाम न बदलें) (कारण नेटवर्क पर ढूंढना आसान है जहां उनके गुणक प्रिंटर हैं।)
क्लाइंट कंप्यूटर पर प्रिंटर जॉब को भी चुनें (चेक मार्क) (यह क्या करता है - जब हम कुछ भी प्रिंट करते हैं, तो यह प्रिंटर स्पूल के अंतर्गत जाता है जो इसे प्रस्तुत करता है जहां मेमोरी का उपयोग किया जाता है। यह विकल्प जो हमें क्लाइंट कंप्यूटर पर नौकरी प्रस्तुत करने में सक्षम बनाता है (कौन देता है) नेटवर्क पर प्रिंट कमांड) और केवल स्पूल सेवा को पीसी से प्रिंटर पर भेजें (संक्षेप में सभी रेंडर लोड/मेमोरी उपयोग क्लाइंट पीसी पर होंगे)।
स्टेप 4 :- एडवांस नेटवर्किंग शेयरिंग पर जाएं
