Caught Off Guard - Official Music Video

Hey all comers! It's finally here! This project was such fun to work on and couldn't have happened without the hard work of a few wonderful people.

Firstly, I'd like to give a big thanks to Taye Wickland from the channel The Sleeping Viking (links below). Her directorial insight and visual adeptness brought this film to life. She was a joy to work with, being flexible and enthusiastic when discussing the initial ideas for the video. I look forward to working on more projects with her in the future.

Next I'd like to thank Nikki Dimas for playing the romantic lead in this video. She captured the essence of the song with her portrayal of the bookshop girl being both oblivious and hopeful. She's a capable and subtle actor who takes direction well yet also contributes her own ideas for film (evidence of her own background in film and media).

I want to say a big thank you to New Edition Bookshop in Fremantle for being so open to the idea of letting us film there. It helped a great deal for reducing the time stress of searching for the right location (and it looks amazing!).

And at last, thank you to my friends and family for being so supportive and enthusiastic throughout the filming process as well as the actual event this song was based on. You are the people who help me get out of my head everyday :).
