Got one included on my Springfield Saint Victor and it is an amazing reddot. The brightness doesn’t get too high until the last 3 levels (9, 10, 11) but it is great for long shots. I paired it with the Vortex Micro 3X magnifier and couldn’t be happier.

I just bought one to go on my Ruger PC9, which is on layaway. Can't wait to try it out.

Just picked one up and I'm extremely impressed with it. Excellent value for the price, nice small size and light weight. I already have a Sparc AR on my X-95 so the Crossfire is on the low mount and will live on and off various hunting rifles as needed. The dot is nice and crisp too. I really don't think you can beat this thing at this price.

Well looks like I'll be buying one.

This sight looks great, if only it has an auto on/off feature like the Holosun.

optics planet had it for 130 preorder last week

Vortex stop, you're always tempting me to buy your optics with their industry leading price to performance /warranty wombo-combo. Now this? A holosun/primary arms competitor too?! I'm broke man, come on.

Just so everyone knows, vortex posted on facebook that this red dot will get between 7, 000-10, 000 hours on medium setting and between 30, 000-50, 000 hours on the lowest setting. This is apparently in line with how other competitive options such as the holosun micro red dot are advertised in battery life according to vortex.

Got one, I really like it. I was disappointed that I guess the sparc 2 was discontinued? That is my favorite site much more than this one even.

As you were cranking up the power, YOU should have allowed the Viewers to see the increase in dot brightness.

Excuse me. Even though it has been less than a year since I purchased it, the battery box is rattling and no longer lights up.

This may be too soon to ask😔, but will the guys at vortex ever consider making micro dot with an etched glass for fellas with astigmatism?

for those too lazy to go look yourself the battery life is up to 7, 000 hours on the medium brightness setting.

At what setting does the red dot become visible ? N1, N2, 3, 4, 5 all seem to be in off position. The dot becomes noticable until 6. And I have really good eyesight so I know it's not me. The Spitfire 3x is just awesome!!

What is the size of the dot I'm seeing through the sight ? It looks like a 1/16 diameter . Thanks

I bought one because they have good battery life and a lifetime warranty ... the Crossfire was far below retail at Midway, free shipping plus a $10 off ... Curious why Vortex has a lens cover that you take off and have to store somewhere, instead of being like the SPARC, which has the lens covers stay on the scope?

Does this have the same mounting hardware as the SPARC II? I'm looking to throw one of these on a fortis f1 mount. Fortis says Sparc II fits
