Wow. You went through the exact same stuff I went through whenever I took exams in my Pharmacy School. I had to do most of my Exams on my iPad because Examsoft/Examplify worked better on the iPad and would freeze/malfunction on laptops at my Pharmacy School. Also, the free response stuff was very hard for me whenever I had that type of exam since it was to be handwritten and short answer based. Calculations fill in the blank questions were and still are extremely difficult for me because I end up doubting myself whenever I work out the Calculations problems. I prefer multiple choice exams more because I can at least know or recognize what I understood as the correct answer. Another type of challenging question I would get would be select all that apply or all of the following is true Despite those type of questions, I feel I did ok on them. Before my first year ended, me and all of my classmates had to take a Benchmark Exam which was basically to test what we know and learned from the entire first year. It was divided in 3 sections and I had to pass all of the sections by scoring above a particular grade average . Thankfully, I passed all of the Sections despite everything. Also, Pharmacy School Exams are tough but doable. I’d highly recommend studying 2 days before the actual exam and then just give it all you got. Although, I usually just try to memorize everything as much as I can before studying and reviewing all of my relevant class notes 🙂 Still, I like Examsoft/Examplify whenever it’s all multiple choice.

How are labs like in pharmacy school compared to undergrad? I remember lab was terrible for me in undergrad. I felt like I would mess up one thing and then would fall behind. And usually a lot of the labs were independent. What is it like in pharmacy school?
