IDK why but ever since I had ios 13.5 downloaded I couldn't check for updates it kept saying "Unable to Check for Update" so I downloaded ios 13.5.1 through Itunes thinking that it would fix but it didn't I ended up resetting my phone twice to see if it would fix but it didn't and now I can't download ios 14 on my phone, can you please help
