About the show:
Siddhi, a timid and dutiful girl, loves her mentally challenged step-sister Maya immensely. She devotes her life for Maya and is very protective towards her. As Siddhi runs a Sweet Shop and is a sole bread earner of the house, her step-mother does not want her to get married. This story is about how Siddhi continues to look after her intellectually disabled sister and family, even after her marriage with Vinayak. But the journey of her married life is soon threatened when Maya regains her mental stability and sets her eyes on Vinayak. Will Siddhi, who places her sister's happiness above all, be able to share her Sindoor with Maya?
