How do you repo AWD vehicles with the boom? The transmission and rear diff could get messed up if towed on 2 wheels for a long distance.

And honest question, can they take it if its paid off ? Lets say i owed $17 463.88 because my last job(at the government) continued to pay me when i wasn't working for them anymore, can they repossess my car for it ?
