Also a fix! I contacted their support and you have to have correct date and time for whatever you are playing on! Atleast on windows it worked for me!

Hi guys, thanks for the immense amount of views that I garnered for this video.
I just want to let you know that if the steps in this video didn't resolve your issue. There's a big chance that your connection itself is the culprit.

Right now the main reason why this error keeps appearing is because either you or your friend is hosting/joining using mobile/cellular data. I will make another video if I find a fix for this but for now I'll consider it as a bug that needs to be resolved by the next coming update.

Tempo Solution:
1. You can buy a dedicated server / realm
2. Get a free server from aternos.org

Hey, I have recently tried joining my friends server but it wouldn't work. I used to be able to join his world but a day later, I couldn't. Also I do use Mobile Data to play, supposedly it works and I can join but right now I can't, despite being sent invites and resetting Minecraft multiple times.
