I’m glad I saw this, because I first read it back in like version 1.4 and just assumed it was bugged, since as I read it I thought you just get no knock back period from a full charge, like how he is in his ult ring with his second passive talent
Glad to know it was always working as intended and Hoyoverse has been making overly complex ability/artifact descriptions since the beginning of the game
