Dwains Dashboard 3.0 - a Walkthrough and First Look

Dwains Dashboard for Home Assistant came out today and it's way easier to set it up than his prior versions. It even has Drag and Drop functionality for placing the cards on the dashboard! You can set it up in minutes if you have your entities and devices correctly configured within areas. In this video, I will give you a quick walkthrough through Dwains Dashboard 3.0!

I have tried many dashboards now and in my opinion Dwains Dashboard is the one which should be the default dashboard in home assistant. Because this is how a smart home system should work easily from the functional point of view.

Definitely my favorite dashboard for mobile. Love that you can use mushroom cards or any card with it. Disabling entities you don’t want per area is cumbersome but other than that 3.0 is definitely one of the best I’ve used so far!

Hi There, you are definitely the guy who explain things like a teacher!. Looking at this tutorials i saw that you also integrated the Afvalwijzer.

I've been testing this dashboard for some time now and there's alot of glitches with it so how do I uninstall it from my home assistant?

There is an easy way to move around all the areas but i cant seem to find a way to move all the cards around. whats the best way to structure them?

Any time I try to edit the dashboard, the next time I open it it's completely blank and I need to re-install it. =/

Hey thanks for the video. In using the dashboard right now. Just one thing I can't figure out. Can I hide certain person entities in the overview? I still want to use them for automations, but not have them in the overview.

I have had it installed for some time. But the page is black after you fist use it. No matter what I view it on, PC IPad IPhone. You should not have to dump the page cache every time.

I can't get this to work. I downloaded and installed HACS successfully, and then downloaded/installed Dwain's repository from the HACS and set it up. I restarted HA (and cleared browser cache) but when I go to up a new integration and try to search for Dwain's in there, nothing is found.
