Buffett has 270 billion in cash which is the highest amount that Berkshire has ever had on the sidelines. Vanguard is the biggest player in the market so if they are on the sidelines it tells us that there is many things coming that we the retailer investor don't know. These people know alot more than we know of what is to come down the pipe and as you say with interest coming down we all thought the money on the sidelines was going to be pouring in. The contrary has happened which seems to me perhaps a good time to sit on your cash till a major pullback comes. From what I sense this is exactly what is going to happen. Is a crash around the corner that we don't know about. Something to think about.
