On Christmas morning I like to put dried cranberries that I have soaked and plumped up into the biscuit dough. And very generously butter the pan. Then about a minute or two before the biscuits are done put cinnamon sugar on the top. Very yummy with Christmas morning breakfast along with some eggs, grits, and all the fixings. I also like to make sweet potatoes biscuits large. About size of a burger bun. Then serve turkey, a little cranberry sauce, a little crème cheese. Sandwiched between the layers. Delicious leftover lunch.
