A "swivelling" chair (one that goes round), I think you mean rather than a spinning chair . A spinning chair might mean one that you spin cloth on. Oddly, in Google Translate a swivelling chair is a "krzeslo obrotowe" yet a spinning chair is a " obrotowe krzeslo "
