Completely wrong. Even though E-100 has a better frontal turret armour, it has way more weakpoints compared to the maus, plus E-100's frontal plate armour weakpoint is far bigger and weaker, if we were rating a tank just for stats, the game would be so much different.

I think the e100 has better hull side armor because while the maus has a solid 180mm flat side the e100 has the 180mm sides plus the suspension and road wheels with 75mm side skirts

I like the E-100 better just for the more powerfull gun, but honestly it all comes down to do you want more amor or more gun power

With the buffs for the e100, it definitely became a monster now. It's really come far from its beginnings in blitz

Ok so in warthunder you cant get thr maus annymore but you can get a type of E-100 but it has the maus turret so we have boath and neither. But either way the maus was a fully built tank and the e-100 only had the hull built untill it was captured and sold for parts, so the maus wins this contest.

E100 and Maus are the same but i refer to E100 because E100 can kill maus on 5-6 shots depends on your skill or damage and maus can kill E100 6-7 shots depends to ur skill and damage

The maus has way sneakier weakpoints, the e-100's turret is useless against gold ammo, and the maus' gun is just way more reliable, but that comes to preference

Theoretically they are quite even when it comes to side hull armour

E100 wins on the upper side plate because of its spaced armour but the MAUS wins on the lower side plate because of its Spaced armour

you can’t just base a tank on how good it is with stats, you’ve also got in game battles, weak points and other stuff like that

In war thunder, we have heat rounds that can pen 320mm so it's very easy to kill maus from 1km away

Maus is basically a great heavy, you can one handedly hold a street if you can play well, while the e-100 is a tank which will occasionally get bounces but better players will obliterate you. The positive thing is the huge alpha and larga HP pool, which make trading shots an effeicent way to kill someone

Maus is the worst heavy tank on 10 lvl because of its main gun without any advantages over other HTs and weak mobility that makes its armor useless. It's quite easy to penetrate slow target like maus, while E 100 can deal good damage because of better DPM, penetration, mobility and, of course, bigger alpha-strike

Нуууу, как по мне сотка лучше, но сначала перечислим преимущества обоих:
У мауса- запас прочности больше, хотя всего на 150-200 единиц, в зависимости от оборудки, ну и броня против неопытных игроков, и именно против неопытных она лучше, чем у сотки.
Теперь плюсы сотки:

лучше пробитие, как на бб, так и на голде, потом больше альфа, чуток больше дпм, и + есть фугасы, и для дамага и % побед сотка заходит лучше, ну лично мне, а так, броня что у мауса- голдой шьётся в башню, а если пт или хэвик какой-нибудь то вообще в влд, и сотки броня против голды никакущая, ну в общем на вкус и цвет

Honestly both really fun to play but e100 does win 1v1 most times. Playing with a derp is a lil more fun than being a giant dmg absorber who is dependant on good teamates

Even though the E100 had a big head to make it equal, it's still op because of the massive HP and ALPHA

O e-100 tem bochechas maiores que a do maus, oq faz ele mais fraco e consequentemente faz com que ele tenha que angular mais a torre dele

VK 72 and 90 has better armour profile and overall better specs than these 2 and weights less and they are ready OP tank
