The flower costume is using the iconic Art Nouveau style of the marvelous Alphonse Mucha. That flowered headdress adorned many of his idealized women, and the circle behind Katy also appears in most of his paintings and drawings. It symbolizes the moon and references our fertility.

This is a lovely choice of a style to announce her pregnancy!
