Hi, I really like the things you say, they sound sensible and applicable, but I have a few wonderings.

I work in an agency (Bulgaria), we have over 130+ clients from different aspects of the business. What you're talking about (sales) I guess you're talking mostly about e-commerce clients who depend on selling. I say this because we work with brands that have local stores, sell B2B services etc.

Also about the scaling of charging these clients where you said if you're good people will pay you. What if they find that increase expensive and actually when they stop working with you they can literally duplicate what you've done as campaigns and implement it? Or they'll hire someone much more inexperienced but tell them look what the other guy did and do like him.

Do we renogotiate after 3ish years as we trek upwards of 5-10k or is the sweet spot 3-5 years working with a brand how do you handle that talk at that point, thank you

when i click on view Facebook Post with Comments it doesn't show me all those dynamic ads it just shows {{product.name}}
