Yeah, look who made a full, finally! I'm sorry I make so many shorts but that's just how I roll. Heh...

So yeah, I finally decided to edit with Metal Gear Solid cutscenes, this time with the PSP game, Peace Walker. I like the art direction, it was generally fun to edit with and the theme I used made it epic and even more interesting to do.
The Metal Gear Solid series is excellent though and certainly great to look at. Expect me to edit again to MGS in the future. I won't be using it all the time, don't worry. It just makes a change now and then.

Time Taken:
Pfff, around 5 or 6 hours I guess (over 10 if you count all the distraction and breaks inbetween).

Nice fuckin job man. As an editor I love thinking up stuff like this, just wish I had the time to make it! Great use of pacing. I'm not sure how much truly epic stuff is in Peace Walker (having unfortunately never owned a PSP) but I'd say when the main theme hits you need to turn up the action a bit. Other than that, great work :)

Wooh, this has got an amazing pacing! I loved the timing, the use of internal motion (and I assume external motion as well? I think the zooming in and out was you, right?) to the music and great timing... and by looking at it the material doesn't look easy to edit to music ( I didn't play it yet). Fantastic work!

Actually a lot of the zooming was already in the cutscenes, I just took advantage of it and synced them together to make it flow better with the soundtrack. I mostly did cutting, cropping, crossfades and occasionally slowing or speeding up the clips while just getting it all to sync and flow well.
