I have been a drinker for 40 years. I started praying the rosary daily six weeks ago and haven’t had a craving. I implore everyone to pray this devotional to our holy mother.

The Rosary is literally the reason I'm converting to Catholicism from Atheism.

It was a love at first sight moment. I saw one on a table in a patient's room at the hospital I work at and I thought, "I don't know how that works, but I simply MUST have one."

I've been praying the Rosary before I enter my hospital and now myself, my Methodist wife and our 9 month old son will be confirmed at this Easter Vigil.

I gave a Rosary to a patient, a young man with alcohol issues who'd fallen away from the Faith, and he began to pray the Rosary during the month he stayed with us. We thought the clotting issues would kill him and he ended up going home to his Irish Catholic Mother who's bringing him back into the Church.

Do. Not. Underestimate. The. Rosary.

A powerful weapon indeed.

Never really prayed the Rosary on any regular basis, but finally at the age of 60, I have begun doing so every night. I sleep soundly and have much more inner peace. Thank you Blessed Mother.

When I was very young and wanted to memorize my mysteries in order, the priest who helped me said to think of the story of our beloved Jesus in the order they happened:
Gabriel went and visited Mary
then Mary went and visited Isabel
then Baby Jesus is born
then He is presented
then He went and got lost and found

then He was baptized
then He turned water into wine
then He spoke about the Holy Spirit
then He was transfigured
then He left us the Holy Eucharist

then He prayed at Mt Olive
He was flagged at the column
He was crowned with thorns
then He walked His cross up to Calvary
He was nailed to the cross and died

then He resurrected
and rose to Heaven
the Holy Spirit came down to the apostles
then Mary rose to Heaven
and was crowned as Queen and Mother

ever since that day I memorized them! Hope it helps.

I am converting to become catholic. My best friend moved in with me with her daughter. As a gift, Vickie had given me my first rosary. Each bead is beautiful. It is my most treasured thing in my house, as well as my bible, momma’s bible and grandma’s, as well as pics of my mom, son and grandchild. I learned to pray the rosary on you tube. I pray the rosary everyday and sometimes twice. I cannot wait until I am confirmed. I so wanted my friend to see me become confirmed, but, she fell and hit her head and had emergency surgery and died two days later. Every time I pray the rosary, I think of Vickie and miss her so much, but I know that we will see each other again in heaven.

Even one family member who prays the rosary, makes the family stays together. The rosary protects the family from all going stray and division of members

Ever since I prayed the rosary, I noticed people that don't have faith knows already from afar that you are prayerful and have this face of disgust but godly people have this pleasant smile on their faces..

I come from a Catholic family but I joined the Great Apostasy when I was 18. But I just moved around; I went to Christian churches, went back to the Catholic church but couldnt last; went out again. It was an in-out journey until I got bored of the Christian denominations. I noticed they don’t tell you everything. They tell you what you want to hear. That’s when I returned to the Catholic church and realized I was ready to hear everything. Now I’m back. Took 50 years. And I intend to stay here.

As Catholics, I always feel like it’s our duty to put a shield of protection around Mary, like the roses. Jesus gave her to John and to all of us.

You guys are super and put so many smiles on our Lord as well as so many of us, his children too. I just became catholic June 5th this year. My dear husband came to me in a dream, he looked into my eyes so lovingly saying, Anne, The Catholic Church is TRUE . Being so blessed hearing this, I began to investigate this with much deep prayer and tears. My Herb and I have been praying together and leaning on the Lord for several years looking to Jesus . Finding the beautiful full truth of the catholic faith I with many Joyful tears after that dream that the Lord gave Herb to give to me I am overjoyed now being Catholic and enjoy watching your sweet very uplifting talks . Imagine seeing this precious fullness of truth at the age of ninety. WOW! Now growing more in the faith with your talk show has been great. Thankyou, you are putting a smile on the Lords face with your heart filled talks. The Lord continue to bless you dear men of God.
