So, skipping the whole judical process, and going straight to excution extrajudidcal style, charge Fudge with either Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, or Murder.
Further, if given a trial for escape, Sirius could establish his innocents, and he could not have escaped.

There is Zero reason Harry has to live with putunia with Serius not in Askaban falsely.

Good God, this is horrific, corporal punishment has been shown to be abusive and not helpful. Overall, there are better ways. we have figured this things out by now . I realize it’s just a story and I was spanked as a child too, but I will never harm my children physically and inflict, that kind of damage psychologically end of story. you cannot be a loving person a loving, decent parent and abusive physically at the same time. Just because this is how it was done doesn’t mean it was good to do so that’s reprehensible overall, it represents a monumental Failure in emotional regulation and parenting, a failure to find a better method to communicate the problem and make sure that the solution sticks without becoming the thing your child’s afraid of. Particularly in Harry’s case where he is the victim of genuine abuse, physically and psychologically from his family to have the one loving, parental figure he has have to resort to physical violence in order to discipline him is disgusting.

To physically, corporal discipline, a child, who has already been traumatized in that way, would leave such monumental scars it’s not even funny essentially, you would destroy his ability to form it any kind of healthy attachment to any, authority, figure, or any bonding relationship in general. Spare the rod spoil the child? No if you use the Rod, you don’t deserve a child. Life is hard enough. It will teach the lesson they’re bound to encounter physical violence eventually, but they don’t need it from their parental figure. no child does. I have literally gone zero contact with family members for this reason. so many parents think they’re justified because this is what was done to them. And they turned out fine? No, perpetuating that cycle just shows that they just had shit parents too. generational abuse doesn’t justify furthering the chain. also… 20??? Absolutely sociopathic behavior. If i had ever been hit to that level one of us would’ve ended up in jail or dead. I had a few instances where the spanking got close to that level and as a consequence as an adult I would genuinely rather be homeless and in mortal danger from everything that goes with that situation, rather than i would to ever allow myself to end up in the home environment that those disciplinary measures were inflicted on me again. I realize this is quite the rant but I honestly hope this is just an AI amalgamation and not something an actual human being came up with. any parent any person who takes that kind of violent malicious action towards a child and thinks it is OK genuinely deserves capital punishment in my opinion.
