The Chinese have done many great things, but until now, they were unable to showcase them in a meaningful way. Finally they are catching up on how to effectively communicate as well. The common man around the world cannot relate to text and numbers and facts, which in itself are astounding and amazing when it comes to China. The command man needs a visual representation that also conveys emotions and good storytelling. I always felt that China lacked to bring that storytelling when trying to tell it to the world. Finally they are getting better at it, and hopefully the world will see them In a better light. For what China has accomplished in just last two decades, you could easily make a million videos like these, there are countless stories to tell, and u til now I didn't feel they could tell them. China was catching up before, then the exceeded what the world expected from them, and now they will lead the world in the future, not by conquering, but by blazing a path for everyone to aspire to.

The Chinese high speed trains are remarkable achievements. 200 kph and no vibration at all. Fully air conditioned, little fare different from first class and second class. A.c. 220 volts for your notebook, hot water for drinking, garbage disposal at every stop, etc.

Some of the issues about high-speed trains in China are about maintenance and the quality of passengers' behavior in general. I've experienced broken AC outlets (visually broken not just malfunction) and broken seat arms. Although smoking is prohibited on the platform and inside train cars, I smelled tobacco from passengers on the train and saw people smoking on the platform near the train car entrance.

I am a Chinese American who have lived in US for 30 years. I just want to say that Chinese should be more confident. All those losers who accuse China stealing everything are irrelevant. Anyone with right mind wouldn't believe that any company would sell their best technology to China. China purchased those technologies and used them as their ground works. More importantly, China continues to improve on top of that. Do some research and know how much China has invested in R&D. Take Huawei as an example. They invested $15 Billions in 2018, surpassing Apple, Intel and Microsoft etc. Those sour trolls will always dwell on the fallasy that China steals, and intentionally ignore the fact the tremendous efforts that was put into this. Talk is cheap. Those fucks don't know or mean a thing. I am fully confident that China will keep improving because Chinese are some of the hardest working people. More importantly, The leadership in China is strong and effective. They get things done.
