Mango chutney
2 large mango
1 medium onion
1 tbsp ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar (white or cider)
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tsp Maldon salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp vindaloo spice

If you use ambi ( like a raw version of mango) it will taste even better.
