So how do you do this on FL? FL don't got the recording delay setting where you can set to 5000 Samples. Recording with USB microphone with FL Asio without plugins is already like 74ms latency round trip for me making it impossible to monitor my recordings

I have one more question, what is the sample rate that you render your tracks to? Like you recording and mixing at 48k and then you render to the wav or mp3 or flac, and to the 48k too? Or higher

you have to consider the fact the amount of latency you have is determined by the cpu/ram power of your pc. you'll never get low latency if you're using a 300 dollar laptop from Walmart no matter what u do.
