Whether you run him with sustain or not, he will make Acheron remain relevant in the meta for a longer time. Those extra stacks for Acheron is really helpful for getting her ults faster which leads to more ults. More ults = more dmg.

As someone who was not able to get Acheron's lightcone (25/75'ers 🤝) nor a perfect relic build, Jiaoqiu made my Acheron the tier she should be/people believe she is. I went from getting Acheron's ult every 2 turns to getting her ult every turn.

the Sustain vs. Sustainless value for Jaoqiu rings even more true in an Acheron E2 comp. Personally, before Jaoqiu, it did feel like I was missing out on ult stacks when I didn't have a 2nd Nihility character (I used Bronya & E0S1 Aventurine, and alternate between Silverwolf and Pela). But with Jaoqiu, it really feels like E2S1 Acheron damage merged with a double Nihility Acheron ult generation speed.

As someone who has Topaz and Aventurine, is more into FUA, hears that Feixiao will be Acheron-tier for FUA, and has no intention of pulling Blade or Black Swan, I will be saving for foxxy mama this go around, but I will for sure keep an eye out for rerun on the chef here.

If you've already got high investment Acheron team (E2, Harmony eidolons i.e. E1-2 Sparkle) I'd say Jiaoqiu maintains his value even with a sustain, but ofc that is for high investment accounts so the same rationale applies. Or if you just really like the spicy mozilla ofc

Guinaifen's Unique debuff "Firekiss" is NOT a dot, but another vulnerability debuff. The only reason Prisoner works is because the toughness break burn, the normal burn from guin, and the ashen roast burn all apply seperatly instead of stacking. you can get the same effect from all other fire units that apply burns outside of Guinaifen

He's perfect for Acheron and was the missing piece of the puzzle for me. I have E2S1 Acheron, and E2S1 Sparkle, with an E1S1 Jiaoqiu and Aventurine with trends. I've finally assembled the PERFECT acheron team. I'm definitely saving until well into 3.0. Great video and showcase and recover quick!

Epiphany only works at the very start of the enemies’ turns, not in any stages after or before, therefore only dots can take advantage of it. It’s even a damage loss as I believe the pearls of sweat light cone’s debuff clears at the start of their turn. I could be wrong on that second point since it also might just expire after their turn so sorry in advance if I’m wrong about that

Acheron + fox Ichimaru + the reason for why my in-game music volume is on 0 + Gargamel wearing S5 QPQ are the most perfect team for both casual try hard players.
Tryhard: You still get your meme 0 cycle clear easily and I dare say more consistently because it's less rng due to sustain present to help out with anything that might make you hit a reset if rng isn't in your favor.
Casual: If you never could 0 cycle in this past (this boss in particular) due to not wanting to go sutstainless, congrats. This team is perfect for it. This team just melts everything in its path with zero brain cells being used whatsoever.

I don't have Acheron, Firefly, Robin, Sparkle, Kafka or black Swan. I don't have any of the meta characters besides Boothill, Aventurine and Ruan Mei.
I still pulled for Jiaoqiu. Why? Because it's a guy with pink hair and closed eyes. That's it's. I love him.
