Thank you!! Our mom did her pre-needs funeral 23 years before she passed. They still had her casket she chose. We got a refund because she didn’t want some of the things she had chosen at that time. I did a pre need plan in 2019 but the original funeral home I chose closed but the good news is they have other funeral homes in their network and I can pick one with no extra cost

The funeral director for my mom was very good. My sister took her in a few years before she passed to set up a rough idea of what services would be.
When mom passed. A few things changed, as there was no need for them, and he deducted and returned that portion. We were so blessed.

A straight cremation do you have to deal with a funeral home or is there another way to go when the person dies in the hospital not wanting any services just straight cremation. I hope I made sense
