Status Quo’s Top of the Pops 80s Highlights

Finally today (29/05) it’s a birthday shoutout to Francis Rossi , co-founder of British rock band Status Quo who formed in 1962. The late Rick Parfitt joined the band in 1967. The group were still rocking the hits through the 80s which helped them to win the title of most appearances on Top of the Pops by any band. Here are a few of those performances, out of the 87 times they were in the studio! Francis recently announced he will be touring again next year.
