This is what People really need. Co-op Gameplay is a one of zhe three Pillars of Roleplay. Great Job like all the Time and its a fantastic Script :)

First of all, I have to say this is a really nice script! One thing that could make it even more special is the ability to buy the garbage company and hire employees. That way, players could take on a managerial role, making the job more immersive.

As the boss, you could be responsible for managing the collected garbage—for example, having to transport it to a recycling plant or incinerator to process it. This would prevent the "shop" from getting full, allowing for continuous collection and a more realistic money flow. Additionally, you could upgrade company vehicles to improve efficiency, allowing employees to work faster and collect more garbage.

Another exciting feature would be the chance to find items in garbage bags. Some bags could contain valuable legal items, like recyclables or old electronics, while others might hide illegal goods, such as drugs or stolen goods, which players could sell on the black market—or turn in for a reward.

Keep it up here some ideas.
Dynamic Trash Bins & Special Finds – Each trash bin could contain random objects, giving bonuses or side missions (e.g., valuable items, suspicious packages, black-market goods).
Environmental Impact & Progression – Players could help keep the city clean and earn bonuses for maintaining a high cleanliness level (e.g., higher payouts or special rewards when the city is clean).
Worker Status & Promotions – Start as a regular garbage collector and progress to higher roles (e.g., team leader, city waste management head).
Special Missions – Occasionally, trash bins could contain something important for RP (e.g., the police are looking for an item, or the mafia wants certain garbage retrieved).
More Vehicle Variety & Upgrades – Allow players to buy faster or higher-capacity garbage trucks to improve efficiency.
