They can't even meet the demands in my little neighborhood when everyone is running their AC's. Brown outs and black outs at least twice in the Summer for two months. Stop lying... ✝️🇺🇲💯😎

The average citizen in the USA is struggeling to put food on the table and pay bills, surely will not afford an electric car, which will be way too expensive. My car is a Toyota and is paid for, and I will not be investing in a new car certainly not an expensive electric car. What kind of car a person has should be voluntary, not mandatory.

Government has always manipulated availability and choice in vehicles and it’s never in favor of consumers.

Worthless in several years and could even cost you massive dollars to dispose of them

When I can have an EV that costs < $40, 000, can house my wife, kid and dog, travel at least 400 miles on a single charge, and completely fill up in less than 5 minutes, then sign me up. Until then, I’ll still to my Hyundai sonata N Line which meets ALL of those standards.

These people driving electric, most are being paid for by employers, such as Federal Govt. They cannot make me buy a car I cannot afford. Mine is 22 years old, manual, 2.0 liters, never cheaped out on wear-parts it has needed. Did the clutch/flywheel/hydraulics at year 22. When the engine needs a rebuild in 5 more years, maybe longer, as I don't drive much now, I will do most of the work myself, and it will set me back about $1, 700 is all. My liability Insurance is $263 a YEAR, or about 10-11 x cheaper than a new Tesla. My gas is about $35/month. Reg. is $132. I'm good.

They are lying about the electrical grid. The amount of "investment" necessary would be in the trillions of dollars and would take decades to complete. They also need to take into account the other infrastructure costs. It has been demonstrated that roads and bridges will need to be reinforced and guardrails will need to be replaced due to the higher-weight electric vehicles.

MS GROSS. IT WOULD BE ALOT CHEAPER TO INVEST IN A SEAT, THEN IT WOULD BE IN A NEW TRUCK.

Wow. Alaska is currently facing an energy crisis to meet the needs of over half the population of the state. Our natural gas source for that population was just shut down by a federal judge and they're talking about tearing down the dam that provides electricity. We won't be able to meet the needs for survival, much less EVs.
