Royters Goiters: A multinodular goiter growing significantly into the chest

This patient's multinodular goiter grew substantially into his chest. He was told by other surgeons that his chest would need to be cracked in order to remove it. We were able to successfully remove this goiter through a standard neck incision. He suffered zero complications and was able to go home the following day.

My daughter's thyroid is around her trachea/ windpipe, and into her chest. The swelling around her neck is massive, poor darling. I hope that her surgery will be as effective as your patient, Doctor.
