when i was watching spiderman back in the late 90's, I always felt sad for a couple characters. Venom was cool to in the sense that I kinda saw that Eddie wanted to be good (especially when it came to mary jane) but his envy towards spiderman was holding him back. I remember being super excited when i first saw images of Anti-Venom. I said to myself "Yes finally~! could it be eddie brock is a good guy finally?"

Great video! I really enjoyed this story arch. I felt like it took us a long time to wind back up to a real exciting story after One More Day/Brand New Day. The Venom vs Anti-Venom story coupled with John Romita Jr's epic artistry really did it for me. Personally, he's my favorite Spider-Man artist. I really love what he brings to the character.

I enjoy Michael j's runs on spiderman. I liked everything from one more day to new ways to die (1 of my fav arcs) for how meta it was to everyone who loved the bronze age of spiderman. Who realized that spiderman is made by his rogues. This also lead up to gauntlet which had sum of the most 💔 stories ever.

I've been out of comics for over 15 years. thanks to you I'm back lol but my point is I'm happy with peters new arc I miss mj but its nice to see a change and especially nice to see peter using his smarts at horizon. he's been on the verge of being a great scientist since I was born in 85 lol so I for one am glad for the changes and growth of this arc. also thanks for refreshing my interest and catching me up!
