What is success? -How to be successful and happy in life

What is success really? Today I want to talk about how we can all reach that. How to be successful and happy in life.

What does success mean to you? Is it financial gains, fame, recognition, social status, so just all around external prosperity, or health, family and loving relationships?

Is it fame and recognition by any means or is it fame and recognition through and for something you're very serious and passionate about, something you love doing?

Is health and family by any means or through getting to know yourself and being able to remove bad ego, generational disbalance and all that is tainted in order to reach the truly unconditional level?

I've been thinking about that a lot. What success is and is happiness implied if you're successful. Is that the goal? Being happy? Or is it constantly correcting and tweaking ourselves to sort of... level up for the next chapter.
I don’t know.

I know that for me success lies in improvement. And that’s subjective and its different for everybody.
We all have thousands of flaws that we picked up along the way. From our parents family friends and environment, certain experiences. All of that shaped us into who we are today. And while I believe we should all love ourselves and be ok with who we are, we should also be honest with ourselves and say: ok, these are the things that I can work on every day to try and be the best version of myself. This is the secret to success in my opinion.

I believe there's a deeper issue with almost everything we do I guess.
I'm trying to look at it from this perspective: I will find success in search of balance and happiness and I will find happiness in search of success. The journey is where its at. And that journey may be an obstacle course but it's one to look forward too which makes it a happy one.
