I ordered model Y a couple days ago. My other vesicle’s engine seized on Friday after 68k miles. First Tesla and I’m pretty exited. 1.99 not bad at all. I use iPhone 14 Pro Max

iPhone 15 and I’m so torn between getting a model Y quicksilver now or waiting for the juniper whenever that eventually comes to the USA. As tempting as it is for me to buy or lease a Tesla today to take advantage of the inducements Musk offers new buyers, I've decided to wait to buy a new Tesla until the “Juniper” arrives in the USA.

Musk will undoubtedly offer inducements to purchase a new and improved Juniper Y, but I've learned that patience is a virtue, especially when dealing with Musk.

And, there are the other EV manufacturers we should track closely like Rivian, Lucid, and BMW, for example, whose EVs are equally as exciting if not more improved to drive than a Tesla but Tesla has the charging network, which is an important differentiator. Let’s see if and when Rivian, BMW, Ford, Lucid and MBZ can access Teslas’s charging network or will they accelerate the expansion of their own charging networks.

We’ll also see how well Rivian and Ford’s access to Tesla chargers work out. These are still early days.

It's not worth the wait, I bought one today. 1.99 % is a deal that you can't miss lol. I don't see a big difference between the old 3 and the new one to be honest

I just charge my RWD to 100%, which equates to about 80ish% of the battery capacity. If I pay 1500 to unlock 50 miles, I still “have” to charge to 80%.

5:23 but you didn't pay for those features to start with. You got what you paid for. Just because Tesla leverages simplicity in manufacturing (i.e. putting in the same larger battery but software locking range) doesn't mean you got screwed, nor should be entitled to that for free.
