Nintendo FINALLY Talks About Nintendo Switch 2 But....

Nintendo has broken their silence on the upcoming Nintendo Switch console, but I think it sounds a bit.....weird

Completely agree. Don't fix what isn't broken. The current Switch form factor and design is brilliant and it provides all the flexibility I want out of game system. Up the power, fix joycon drift and if possible, include backwards compatibility and you will sell millions upon millions of units. It's really not that hard to create a successor that will do every bit as well as the Switch has. Adding novelty "innovations" only serves to confuse people and disrupt their experience with the new system.

All they need to do to make people happy is make a new switch with a newer Ryzen chip in it no controller drift and better battery life and let us use our games. What’s so hard about that?

There are still switch games coming out in February 2024, it's possible that the switch 2 could launch in March 2024.

I couldn't disagree more that they should just remake the Switch but more powerful.
I think Nintendo does the right thing by innovating and "reinventing the wheel". The Wii succeeded for many reasons, but the biggest market that Nintendo captures that Microsoft and Sony never will and that's the family market.
The Wii, Wii U and Switch have all focused partly on that market and I'd bet their next console will too. I didn't buy last gen PS/XB, or this gen and I won't buy next, because it's just a more powerful version of the same thing, boring. Nintendo keep bringing new ideas and millions of us love that.

Nintendo will loose the game with the consoles, why they can t understand that people needs a new switch compatible with the 2023 ? is that such a big deal? i am an owner of a switch from 2017 its really really old system, they gonna loose me as a customer cause i v been tired to wait for a new console i will eventually buy something else

I agree, though if they can think of things like let's say Labo with the hardware in mind before putting it out. It is like the differance between PSVR on the PS4 that jad to have a whole lot of work arounds to operate vs the PSVR2 where everything is streamlined. How about one with a desine that can make it an easy conversion to a VR set up if you want. Things like Labo and Mario Kart Live show there can be fun to be jad that can happen past just playing something on the screen.
