Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has announced that Vizag will be the new capital of the state. He was speaking at the International Diplomatic Alliance Meet in New Delhi.

Vizag being an already well-established tourist destination in the state, the formation of the new capital will only provide the required boost. the potential of the coastal city as a major tourist spot in the country. The title of the Executive Capital of Andhra Pradesh will put the city on national headlines and will majorly boost tourism here.

Yes even ap govt also don't know what is their real capital. Some times they says 3 capitals and some times they says vizag is the capital. Looks like not standing with their words due to low level of knowledge. Before deciding they might gone thoroughly which will be the best interest and suitable for AP's future.
I think complete failure on AP public Voters. They will vote on sentiments, caste, creed and community. Please aware we are not in 80's Or 90's this is 2023.

Good to come out of caste bias & make decisions on merit. Vizag, 9th largest city in India (by GDP) with natural harbor, international airport & railway zone HQ can serve as a growth engine for the state & help develop other areas of the state.
