Fix God of War Ragnarök game keeps crashing during Thor's fight,Fix God of War Ragnarök Crashing at Thor fight
Step 1) Switch to Windowed mode, use Alt+ Enter, if you can go to graphics settings switch to Windowed mode
Step 2) Disable DLSS
Step 3) Cap the FPS to 30 during the fight and once fight is over set the FPS you want.
Step 2) Run game as an administrator, disable full screen optimizations
Step 3) Delete userpreferences file from save game folder (Saved Settings will be lost)
Step 4) Rename save game folder (This will result in loss of save game progress) create a backup first
Step 5) Verify the game files
Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, Nvidia users select High Performance Nvidia Processor
Step 8) Desktop users: Connect the monitor to dedicated graphics card
Step 9) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 10) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors. Disable Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, remove the undervolt, close background app and third-party services in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt

Step 15) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
