The trophy will pop once you've completed the 8th and 9th main quests, "The Broken Sky" and "The Kulrut", and have recovered AETHER.

Head to the coordinates, where you'll meet the Tenakth Chief, Hokkaro. He will demand you help commence and then protect the Kulrut from Regalla and her rebel forces. First, you'll have to travel to the Sky Clan's territory to force its Commander to send their soldiers to the Kulrut. Once you've managed that, return to Hokkaro, where you'll need to defend the ceremony from Regalla and her rebel forces, as expected. Once you do and the threat is over, you'll be able to recover AETHER.

Note: Once you recover GAIA at the end of the 6th & 7th main quests, "The Dying Lands" and "The Eye of the Earth" respectively, you'll be given the choice to do AETHER (Level 17), POSEIDON (Level 22), and DEMETER (level 24), in whichever order you choose. This guide is operating by doing the lowest level options to the highest level, i.e. AETHER - POSEIDON - DEMETER, so any future #s of main quests will be in that order.
