I read an article where Dafne confirms that she is the same X-23 from Logan. She asked the producers herself out of curiosity and they said “Yes, it's the same one from the Logan movie.” Unfortunately I can't find the quote anymore ^^

It's the same one - she and Deadpool both come from the same universe and both ended up in the void. Ending up in the void is not the same as dying, which is what happened to the OG Logan in their universe. The Wolverine in DP+W is from a really bad timeline where he has nothing left and so goes with Wade on this crazy adventure. There he meets Laura and eventually comes with her and Wade to their timeline and finds a place where he is welcomed and cherished.

Honestly, I think Paradox dumped Laura in the void to speed up her universe's decay and preventer he from officially taking Logans place to restore it. He would get his chance to climb the corporate ladder by getting rid of her universe but with the risk of her becoming the next anchor being, she could have restabilized the universe and prevented its need for destruction.

A lot of people don’t really get how the TVA and the Void work. Sure, this X-23 is basically the same as the one we saw in *Logan*, but she’s also a different version who made a choice she wasn’t supposed to, which is why she ended up in the Void. The TVA probably wiped her out when the Sacred Timeline was still around, or right after it fell apart. Basically, it was when the TVA was still pruning other branches.

The timelines don't match each other because the tva travels THRU TIME not just different universes. It's in your face the whole time that each of them are from different time periods as well as different universes.

X-23 may be from the same timeline as Deadpool, but she wouldn't be from the same point in the timeline as Deadpool.
Logan doesn't take place in 2017. It takes place in the distant future after the X-Men and most other mutants on the planet have died out.
Whereas Deadpool clearly exists at a point in the timeline where there are still plenty of mutants around.
Remember the TVA and the void exist outside of time. The TVA can prune people and things from any point in any given timeline, but they all end up in the void relative to when the TVA sent them there.
So even if the X-23 Deadpool met in the void is from timeline 1005, the TVA could reinsert her at Deadpool's point in the timeline without any risk of her running into herself, because she actually won't be born for decades.
The real paradox should be kicked off by the fact that the TVA left the "worst" Logan in timeline 1005, which technically should still have its own Logan at Deadpool's point in the timeline, since the events of Logan won't take place for decades.
